Remodel and addition located in the Heathwood neighborhood of Columbia, SC.  It was important for the young couple to increase the square footage and open up the main living areas for entertaining and growing family.  With that in mind, we re-designed the location of the kitchen, dining, family room and laundry room, as well as added a butler's pantry and side entry/mudroom.  The spaces are designed to have a neutral palette allowing the homeowners art and architectural elements to shine. The overall transitional design has notes of modern patterns with an air of traditional influences.
